Janet was fantastic! Plain and simple. She went above and beyond in finding me a home that checked every box on my wish list. San Diego being an extremely competitive market Janet showed me well over 45 homes and sat through 4 Escrows and 3 inspections just so I could find a house that fit what I needed. As well as not too much of a project for me to handle‼ For the house I eventually closed on (took six months and in those six months probably 8 Saturdays) Janet made the key recommendation to go in hard and she could help negotiate the price down later.
