There are no words to fully describe just how wonderful JANET is as our realtor. She made every bit of this house hunting process as painless as possible. She listened very carefully to what type of home we were looking for that meets our needs as a family of four. She made herself available at all times, day and night which meant a lot to us especially when we had questions or concerns regarding what to expect during this process. She was also very diligent in providing extensive background checks on all the properties we were interested in, such as schools in the area, hoa fees, etc. Most of all, she was very patient with us. Not once did we feel pressured into buying something we liked but couldn't afford. She is definitely everything you would want in your realtor. Finding our new home is bittersweet. Janet was fantastic! Plain and simple. She went above and beyond in finding me a home that checked every box on my wish list. San Diego being an extremely competitive market Janet showed me well over 45 homes and sat through 4 Escrows and 3 inspections just so I could find a house that fit what I needed. As well as not too much of a project for me to handle‼ For the house I eventually closed on (took six months and in those six months probably 8 Saturdays) Janet made the key recommendation to go in hard and she could help negotiate the price down later. We did that and got 16k back in total. 7k price reduction and 9k in a credit. Love how this turned out and have no one to thank but Janet Janet will be my realtor going forward
